Need some additional help. I installed the prokit framework 7.0 deleted the old and relaunched logic pro 9...and it still crashes when I try to save. I upgraded to OS 10.6.8....so now what do I do?

You probably installed it manually and you installed the wrong ProKit (which has to match the OS perfectly). There is typically never a reason to mess with ProKit manually.
Thanks. I did that because I was reading some other threads saying to do so. So now that I did, what do I do now?
And if it's written at the internet, it must be good and true 😉. Well, the fix is tricky, many people did had to re-install their system to get out of this mess. You can try to move ProKit from another 10.6.8 system (backup?), which still is not 100% clean but at least might get you back up and running.
